The M&E Contractor selected Regency to design and deliver a power solution for one of the most iconic buildings in London, The Minster Building. Regency were contracted to deliver and lift into position the diesel generator set at one of the apex openings on the roof with the final position being on the rail which accommodates the window cleaning cradle. This operation was done in a 6-hour window as it was not possible to close the main road due to the location of the London underground (District Line). Regency planned and arranged all permits, closures, crane hire as part of the contract.
