20 Finsbury Circus is a listed building which posed many challenges.
Originally being positioned on the roof, the design had changed due to structural issues and the generator was relocated onto the basement of the building however this then presented itself with further challenges.
A plant room solution was designed and provided by Regency Power. This incorporated an exhaust system solution, including an in built catalytic convertor in the silencers enabling to discharge exhaust fumes safely.
